My purpose is to focus on wellbeing and looking at the body as a whole. I truly believe if internally we feel stress and tension it reflects externally, so it's important to not only work with clients externally through massage, cupping, gua sha and yin stretching, but also internally through yin breathwork and wellness gua sha. My aim is to provide an appointment in a setting that is far from clinical to work on you as a whole. Each session you may choose to solely work on one aspect, or a combination (eg. Massage, Gua Sha, yin, cupping or breathwork or).
It's your cup, how you choose to fill it is entirely up to you.
